 We are pleased to be offering you the collection of Love & Alex Witten from Virginia.  Several Floral pieces, Seasonal, Cobalt, Portraits, Scenic, Chocolate sets, Centerpiece bowls, Berry Sets with several more interesting items.  This will be our first convention auction, so get ready for a little fun!  We always enjoy our self’s at the convention, this year our family will get the chance to enjoy it as well.

  2. All Bidders take full responsibility to honor any and all bids on their behalf
  3. All Absentee bids are to be paid for within 7 days of the auctions end unless arrangements have been made prior to the auction. All absentee bids must be accompanied by a valid credit card.  Successful absentee bidders must also pay the shipping cost PLUS and additional $7.00 fee. Insurance is a must on these items.
  4. Absentee Bids; We start all lots on the floor, if your Maximum bid is higher than the last floor bid, we put you in for the next bid increment. If you are successful on any bids, we will contact you ASAP.
  5. All items will be bid on in perfect condition unless otherwise noted in the brochure. We will do our best to accurately describe each lot.  Absentee bids will not be carried out if damage is found during the auction.  If there are any manufacturing flaws that we feel is distracting will be noted in the brochure. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel any absentee bid for any reason.

  7. All absentee bids must be received by Friday, July 25th, 2008 4:00 p.m.
  8. Live Phone bids are to be confirmed by Monday, July 20th, 2008 4:00 p.m.
  9. If someone in the audience is bidding for you, they must pay for the item or items before leaving unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auctioneer.
